Bad service

I placed my order via asap Order #***5 on 30 August 2024 paid and received my confirmation it was to be delivered by 17:30 after receiving my order invoice. little after 18:00 app stated order was delivered however no one was at my house. contacted the asap number and they said they will investigate ticket logged #***. 1 hour later no response and i ask what is happening no response. I called again and was told they working on it and i was happy with it. as im writing this store closed no delivery still. Some of the items i ordered was for this evening and i dont have it. i have ordered many times from PNP asap before and never had an issue. i would have understood if they could deliver as it is month end after all and they tend to be busy and they do notify you however here they just stated my order was delivered yet i have nothing and i have cctv setup to show them proof as well. Sorry but i think this is my last time using this service i think i will stick to checkers from now on PnP is no longer reliable as they use to be. I just want my money back so i can move on. Sorry PnP but you have lost the plot.
