Bad service

I seem to be experiencing a problem each time I go pick and pay shops to withdraw money from my mother's sassa card. I got such a bad service from Sandra Rooi from Northgate picknpay. Her colleague didn't have money so she asked her and she agreed to assist however she was always talking to her colleague next to her the whole time and not paying attention on me. I asked her to check the balance on the second card but it was declining and she kept talking to her colleague not even telling me what's the issue and after a minute waiting for her, the colleague says I must try the other teller. Which she was just waving her hand to the cigarette counter. They were both very unprofessional and unhelpful while gossiping non stop. I'm very disappointed in picknpay as this is happening for the second time
