BAD SERVICE!!

Good day all, hope everyone is having a lovely day.

I was at Mpumalanga ( Witbank ) Pick n Pay clothing Highland Mews and I go the worst service ever. The employees laughed at my girlfriend when she asked them for help. They said they don’t have time to help us and when we asked them to call the different branches they said no because they know what they have in stock. I call the customer service team and when I told them what was happening they laughed as well .They said they will get back to me and I’m still waiting on them it has been 3 days.
