Bad service

This morning I was at Pick n pay clothing in Goodwood, I feel very bad because I greeted your cashier which is a coloured lady twice to make sure that she can here me but nothing, I kept quiet for my peace and accepted the bad service, is it because I'm black? this is very bad especially when dealing with customers. Stop judging humans with their skin colour and be nice it doesn't cost a cent!
