Bad service

Good day. My name is Vanessa. I went to Pick and Pay trade route branch in Lenasia on the 3,Rd January 2021. I picked the stuff I needed. Then proceeded to the Express . I produced my smart shopper card and my daughter who also had her card gave me her to produce as well. The. Cashier was very rude she said you can use both cards. So I said it was fine and handed her my card when she was done with the card she just threw near my stuff that was near me. After I paid I asked her why did she throw the smart shopper card towards me. Oh did I throw it I said yes you did. She clicked her tongue. So I locked at my slip and realised that the cream I took was not 2 for R60. This same cashier called another lady to assist me with the price for the cream. Lady by the name of Xoisiwe Ngobeni walked with me to check the cream prices again. So I told miss Ngobeni I need it. It was a bit expensive. She said she will do a refund for me. So out of respect towards the cashier who first so rudely assisted me. I went to her and I did not want the cream any more I am sorry. She turned to her friend that was standing near spoke in her language and the both employees of pick and pay laughed at me. This is not the first time cashiers at that store have been rude to us Indian's. There have been numerous chats about how rude the cashier's of that store is to customers. It's very sad that it has become so unpleasant doing shopping at pick and pay trade route. The services have dropped down so badly. And some cashier are upset to even assist. They never greet. This type of behaviour is normal at the pick and pay trade route mall. Tel of that store is ***. I have been trying to call this no since Sunday after I got back from the store that phone just rings and rings no one answers. I honestly can not believe the mockery and bad service I received at that store.
