Bad service

I just came out of pick n pay Hyper Boksburg and am really not happy with one of their staff member Thabang with long blonde dreadlocks from the Deli department he is very rude, I was there to buy hot chips so am standing there then the guy looked at me so I assumed that he wanted to help me, then I greet him and said what I wanted his responses to me was can't you see there's other people standing to be helped with a very rude attitude. I guess the customer service for that department is very poor more especially working with food
