Bad service

It has now been 2 weeks since ive started trying to get my app restored and my wallet money back from pnpASAP langebergmall. This past week all my emails has gone unanswered. They apparently answered me pvtly on my previous complaint here but there was no reply when i clicked on the reply. So im still in the dark on everything.
