Bad Service

I bought a combo for R800( 25kg Maize meal, 10Kg flour, 10 Rice, 8kg Sugar) But the Sugar was missing, the supervisor took my details to let me know when they have it in store and to this day, I've not heard a word.

I've sent my younger brother to the store, twice to check with the supervisor but he was not assisted. Now this is not only my time thats being wasted but money as well.

I want to be advised of what to do going forward. This is a Pick N Pay store in Tembisa (Cashier :Charity Makgato)
