Bad service

I went to pnp Kempton square in Kempton park, was assisted by a lady called Neani. She was very unfriendly. 1. She didn’t greet me 2. Gave me a wrong order which I only noticed when I got to the till 3. Not even a mere “thank you” when she was done with me Very bad service
