Bad service

I wrote a review about the terrible service I got at pick and pay clothing menlyn shopping center to add salt into the wound,the Grove Shopping Mall branch calls me to find out what happened and thwy promised to give me feedback back. Funny enough I'm still waiting but i guess this is hiw we as customers are treated.
