BAD SERVICE

I was awarded with R2000 digital grocery voucher , however when i try to purchase using the voucher it keeps on saying invalid amount , i had called customer care with no response , you will hold the line till your airtime depletes before even speaking to a consultant , their WhatsApp number is useless coz there's no opt to chat to an agent only an automated bot , this is really an inconvenience honestly , i am really disappointed
