Bad service

Very bad service at Muruleng mall pick n pay, a cashier was busy talking with the packer, not acknowledging us, after ringing 4 items she then greeted us, we bought few items on special and was expecting her to know which products are on combo and which ones are not, she asked with attitude pointing at box of g****s asking me what's happening here i said i really don't know i mean i expect her to know the products she is selling, that was pathetic, they need customer service training, they need to know that customer comes first they should not act as if they are doing us a favor
