Bad service

Today I was at mokopane mall pick n pay, a lady came to me ad tell me that the shop is closed I must stop buying and go straight to the till . I was so frastrated coz I entered the shop around 16:55. I will never visit that pick n pay again. How can someone chase you out of the shop while buying food???
