Bad service

Beyond pathetic ....the service from pnp hyper soweto is putrid .On more then 1 occasion have I received bad service today was no different. I purchased milk for my son the call centre basically told me I have to wait for one of the drivers to collect the incorrect parcel before they can refund me . So annoyed with this stores service
