bad service

i went to a pick n pay hyper in steeldale where i was shocked that till this day your colour determines what service you get i stood there requesting that sales consultant call other branches as he said they don't have the tv in stock but people of different race were attended. all i needed was a TV 58 cm Aim i had to drive to red ruth to find out that i could have requested a rain check or stock transfer i went back only to be further insulted when i got there the sale consultant again just pointed me to direction (Information Desk) i got there and finally got rain check now i wanted to find out when can i expect again because i am not of some skin colour i was told to keep on calling till they have stock, does pick n pay not have other branches to transfer the stock from. again i know i need to have english surname or afrikaans for me to even get a response on my matter. i thought we are past this type of ill treatment cause while i was there other people of different race never had to use their phone contact other branches i doubt would also be treated like i was
