Bad service

Hi.Im writing this with a very terrible mood.I had just came from Pick n Pay Liqour at Busy Corner mall.I had just experienced the most appalling service considering that I am a frequent shopper of both the main and liqour stores.We were standing in a long que of which we dont mind because we understand its peak days for business.We got to the front of the que and a guy on last till calls us when we get there we are not attended to as the lady on the second till from the door is attending to these 3 guys which are blocking the till we supposed to be pay nd the two other guys which are friends of the ones paying comecut the que.At this point we are okay because we will be paying next.While we are standing there some guy named Jefferey or whatever his name is comes to us and instantly screams accusing us of not following the que along with this security lady.He did not even want to hear what we are saying and treated us in the most de-humanising manner.Mind you there was no one who was acting as a basket greeter nor a que marshal in all the minutes we have been standing there.We had to go back to the que luckily the lady who was after us was still on the que and intervened in the issue to attest to what we were saying with regards to our position in the que.When we finally leaving after paying the very same guy was packing baskets and he literally threw a basket behind us towards the door instead of picking up the baskets as per standard of procedure and going to pack them.It was just luck by a difference of an inch for the basket to hit someone.This issue ruined my day and to be honest your staff members can do better.
