Bad Service!

1 till open for big trollies and the rest 10 items or less this Saturday. I complained so they told me to go to one of their tiny 10 items tills. I told them how inconvenient it was to load a big shop on the tiny surface and the lady at the till thought it was hilarious, even when I explained that I could go to Spar if she'd prefer that. I shopped at Spar when you did your revamp and you advertised to me madly to bring me back but not if the staff couldn't give a damn. I'll be gone again and this time for good. Perhaps one customer is unimportant. Certainly seems that way...
