Bad service

I went to Pick n Pay in Megamite in Tembisa and I had a terrible experience and this was not the first time I get such service

One person operating in a till and the queue was very long. I was told that one was in a bathroom and I understood cause that’s nature but when the person came back she asked the person behind us to be assisted first

That doesn’t make sense. The supervisor by the surname of Tshabalala was just standing outside and having a discussion with a security guard By the surname of Baloyi

The supvisor was useless.
