Bad service

I purchased meat from pnp biggest mistake .. The meat had a terrible stink .I have requested for a return sent pictures of the meat in its original packaging yet no response no update no feedback .my fridge smells do bad because of this old meat .All pnp does is send update emails that they have Address the matter but that never actually happened. Such poor service there is always a problem with pnp . I am so so dissatisfied in the bad service I've been receiving.
