BAD SERVICE

On the 05 of March 2022 I bought Hisense Washing Machine at Pick n Pay Wonderpark and the followed all the instructions but the machine started making funny sounds and it was leaking. I contacted them and went to the store.

A week later a technician came at 18:00pm and did a hush hush job and wrote a false report saying that I used the machine without removing the traveling bolts. I took the machine back to the store and since then pick n pay has been taking me from pillar to post without any sensible resolution. I have been making endless trips and calls to pick n pay. On top of all this I have to deal with rude sales consultant.

I don't know what to do anymore. Pick n pay doesn't care! Hisense doesn't care!
