Bad service
Bought a u50 Hisense cell phone from pick n pay. The ringer just stop working not even after 2 weeks. Went to pick n pay bluff. They did stock this spicifiek phone drove all the way to hyper by the sea. Also don't have stock wasting my time for over a hour to tell me that and the only thing they can do is send it in for repairs. The worst service ever. I can go without a phone and want it swopped and not repaired as it is a phone problem. The customer service of pick n pay is also completely useless.

17 Oct 2022, 22:09No has come back to me not even a manager for head office that I have contacted to resolve the matter has rep**** to me. Pick n pay service is up to. Not even trying to so the wattsapp thing that is not working at all. I still sitting with q broken phone and loosing bissness right left and center. Someone must call me before end of working day tomorrow to tell me where I can collect my new phone or will put everything on sosial media adl nd in the news paper. And sure pick n pay don't want lawyer on there door step. Enough is enough.
