Bad service

I went to pick n pay on the 27th August 2019 to do shopping, while I was on the queue the lady by the name of Dikeledi Molefe she's as old as my mother, screamed and said who ever is next must come bcos some people are here to gossip not to shop while I was waiting for the Qmatic to call the next client. I asked her nicely why is she not helping us politely she's started yelling at us me nd my friend . She started threatening us nd she even said we very young to talk to her such *******. Then we called the manager on duty by the name of Nthabiseng to come nd assist us, she tried to sort it out nd the cashier was so disrespectful nd bully confront of the man8. I hate to say this but she doesn't deserve to be the cashier. We are customers nd we deserve the best service we could get not the way she treated us. I will appreciate if she acknowledges that she did a mistake nd change her attitude b4 she does this to someone important. Please contact me on *** Tumi Letseka.
