Bad Service

I have since complain about the bad service I received from Pick n Pay. Two weeks later, no one has contacted to try and resolve my issues and dissatisfactio. I lost money and the experience simply tells me that nobody cares, especially during this difficult times where everyone is trying to make ends meet.
