Bad service

The service at Pick N Pay Blackheath Randburg is appalling. There are plenty of staff wandering around sorting out their own shopping. Several of the counters eg bread, cheese, vegetables are left with no staff. There is never a representative or customer service person available to discuss problems. The till operators are often oblivious to the customer and talk in loud voices to each other. If a special has run out there is no one around to re pack the shelf. In fact there is, in general an attitude of entitlement and apathy with no concern for the customers that have to queue in long lines. No one is attending to customer needs. Are the staff aware that it is the customer who is responsible for the their salaries. A pity that a store with so much potential is deteriorating.
