Bad service

Bad customer service. Unfriendly staff at Pnp Bredasdorp. Today, at approximately 17:27, I visited PnP Bredasdorp with the intention of purchasing a ticket for a race. Upon arrival, I headed straight to the kiosk, only to be informed by the cashier that there was no one currently manning the kiosk. Politely, I inquired whether I should buy the ticket at the cashiers instead, but she advised me to wait at the kiosk, not assuring me that someone would come to assist me. While the cashier continued to help other customers, I stood there patiently, waiting for the cashier to attend to my request.

After waiting for about three minutes, I asked the teller when she would be available to assist me. In response, the teller turned around and raised her voice, displaying a less than pleasant attitude. I reminded her that there was no need to speak to me with such hostility, as I had been the first in line among all the customers.

I must say that the staff at this store appeared to be quite unfriendly. It's disappointing that they only had one cashier available despite the number of customers present, and their lack of customer service knowledge was evident.

The cashier acted unprofessionally by shouting for assistance, and I had to wait for approximately 2 minutes until someone finally came to help. However, the lady who eventually attended to me was very helpful and provided good service. I have no intention of returning to this store in the future. Whenever they have special offers and certain items are out of stock, they simply inform customers that the items are sold out without offering rainchecks. This disappointing experience occurred over the weekend. If you want to witness the extent of their poor service, I suggest visiting the store unannounced.
