Bad service

So today I visited Pic n pay NC 04 in Rustenburg i ask for a purple camel the cashier by the name of Khethiwe goes and takes two pack the purple one and double she shouts and asks which one I say politely the one with the purple color she I don't know which one is purple that's why I came with both of the than the other cashier's start laughing and I carmely point the 20 I want and I request for cash back she said I don't have money u can ask other cashier's wow so I must go and hold another que. I'm disgusted with the service and attitude that rustenburg Pic n pay has please train your staff on customer service it's pathetic
