Bad service

I have realized that at Protea Glen quali save they scan products twice. The sad part is that you only realise when you get home when checking your slip. This has happened twice already. What amazes me is that there are securities who check at the door. The only time they see something wrong is when the client has not paid for an item but not the other way round.
