BAD SERVICE! !!!!!!!

I write this review with great dissatisfaction on the service I received. I am young lady who has fallen in love with doing all my shopping spree with Pick n Pay and has never had anything bad to say about Pick n Pay until yesterday 19/11/2024 . I went to pick n pay (might I add higly pregnant at 39 weeks) wanting to withdraw money from the teller from my tymebank account, pick n pay was busy and had long queues, am I excepted in my state to stand in those long queues? I made my way to the front of the line as advised by one of the pick n pay ladies only to have the lady at the teller that was supposed to help me give me attitude about how I'm cutting the line and I need to go back to the back of the line dispite my condition, proceeding to question my condition as if it was not visible. Is this the friendly service that is being provided to customers??? I am highly hurt by the embarrassment and disrespect I received.!!
