bad service

i went to pick n pay diepkloof square on the 1st jan 2023,i was served by Zodwa who was misbehaving we could hear her as clients she said she is tired ngiphethwe in to zami in zulu I think was still drunk from yesterday then I spoke Elekani who was the manager ,she said she will address it, she also gave me an attitude then I ask Elekani for a pen ,she said she doesn't have it then i ask if she can ask cashier she said to me as IM THE ONE WHO NEED IT I CAN GO LOOK FOR IT but she turned her back she had 2 pens in her back pocket ,I went back to her she was so embarrassed, gave the pen n left immediately.
