Bad service

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience using your services. I placed an order yesterday at 3 PM, and I still haven’t received it. Your agents have been sending me from pillar to post, and I’ve not received any clear resolution. This level of service is quite appalling, and I would appreciate immediate clarification on the status of my order.
