Bad service

Once again I ordered on the Pick ‘n Pay asap app and they did me dirty again by not delivering my items. Again my estimated delivery time kept changing and I phoned the pnp asap customer care number of which there was no answer and I also phoned the pnp store in promenade and my oh my that store never answers the telephone. I thought I’d give pnp asap another chance but they have proven to me once again how *********** and how careless they are with customers and again after finally getting through to pnp asap I had to hear about how they need to investigate and then get back to me . I requested for them to cancel the order as the app does not allow me to cancel from my side of which they did and now I have to wait 3-5 working days for my money. Thank you pnp for being consistent in and customer service I am officially cutting ties with you.
