Bad service

I made an order on the 24th December 2024 and the delivery lady told me she can’t locate me to deliver the grocery , my money was refunded to the Pnp asap wallet and then I made a payout to my account but still haven’t got my money, it’s the 7th January 2025 still my refund haven’t reflected in my account .
