BAD SERVICE

Good day, what i BAD service i have experienced with pick and pay LIFESTYLE CENTURION and it is not for the 1st time i once ordered my daughters cake and they did not make it when i went to fetch it on the date agreed no body knew what is going on acting very unprofessional. I wanted to buy my kids cell phones during my lunch time and when i arrived there at the cellphone department the was no one i went to a cigarette counter to ask who can help me and i was told the lady is on lunch i had to wait and wait till i get tired again and i wen to fetch the security but still nothing worked. the called a manager for me still he did not arrive, shoo what an experience pick and pay do not take peoples serious and their main problem is the judge who are you. bust as for CUSTOMER SERVICES i think the all have to go back to training on how the handle customers VERY BAD SERVICE.
