Bad service

Pick & Pay Clothing I purchased a dress, I wanted to swap for a different size the day after. It had all the tags on and was same item, different size, even with the proof I paid yesterday she did not wantes to swap, and did not even try and help and she didn't want me to speak to someone that could possibly help. Even lying to my face because similar incident happened before.
