Bad service

On the 26th August I bought stuff on pick n pay asap and my order was a total of R146 and some cents. Unfortunately 1 item was sold so my total became R101.94 now the difference is not credited to my account and I've been sending emails to pick n pay even today there hasn't been a response from them. Today I try to call them their line keeps on getting dropped. I want my refund back please
