Bad service

Had the worse service this morning at Pick n pay Kenilworth centre. I bought a AIM kettle last year April and the lid and buttoned broke. Salesperson just saw a small dent in the kettle and advise the kettle fell. Told him and the manager more then 3 times the kettle did not fall. They advise the can't change the kettle because of the dent. What *** is that, such a big ***en company that won't ex change a R150. 00 kettle. *** service and management. Give them A call 0 for ***en customer service.
