Bad service
They refunded me for the fan that took 3 months to repair on the 16/04/2021. I then bought another brand fan from them which I return on the 16/04/2021 with the same defect as the one I returned in December last year. 21 days has long pass but my fan is still not available. Your service stings i want refund so I can go somewhere else.
