bad service

on the 6 September 2023 I visited Pick and Pay Springfield Park Value Center, I was standing in line to pay for my groceries there were only two people in the line I was second, and there were only two cashiers on the till one was busy with a client that takes forever going threw the news advert and argue and the cashier did not call the manager to come assist her, I was l standing already for 10 min in the line, then the line started picking up and there was like 10 people behind me and complaining that they are standing so long when I was called to the cashier I ask her I want to see the manager her reply was there is no one they are all in a meeting and just carry on, the one staff member that pack was sitting and packing she did not even get up she was a packer and not a cashier, do the packer sit on chairs to pack now?
