Bad service

Bad experience I have with pick n pay Heidelberg at first I wanted to use purchase using my points and the cashier made a mistake that they had to void one item and my points did not go back to my card they called their headoffice but still did not help us, I also used my airtime to call them and it was not my fault still haven't received the points back. Today I purchased using their PNL ASAP app and it's received my order but was told they could only deliver tomorrow mind you I needed the item today I believe pnp doesn't have customer care and they don't put us first what makes me angry is that the app accepted the order but according to them it's closed.
