Bad service

The delivery service is really bad. We ordered on Pick n Pay ASAP app and it says it has been deliviered and we have not received anything on our side. We have been trying to call your call center but it just keeps on hold and no one is available to assist. The service is really Poor. Even when we call Pick n Pay Blue hills they tell us that the driver has disappeared. Its now 24 hours and 20 calls later and we still have not received our delivery and they are refusing the refund as well. How long does it take to investigate this issue? The service is really bad. Managers promised to call us back by 12 mid day and now its 16h00 when we call them they say the manager has left. Poor service of epic proportions. Order #***3
