Bad Service

Good day, My name is Marianna Volkwyn,

I am really upset with Pick n Pay Waterstone liquor,. we went there yesterday to buy the special on the brandy and coke special, so my husband paid at the till he had to wait an half an hour for the coke to arrive, and when we got at home they overcharge us with the special that was R139.00 they charged us R169.00 i am really ****ed off with the bad service of the shop, I phoned them this morning and all the manager could tell me was he is sorry and will refund me my 30 rand they are busy with renovating that is not the point of the story, now i have to drive out a 100 rand for petrol just to collect a 30 rand what service is this i am really really dissapointed.
