Bad service

Pick n Pay in King Williams Town is appalling. Half the tills were closed in the midst of a public holiday. No one knew where the manager was, I was sent from pillar to post and when I approached the supervisor she responded to me whilst walking away not even being bothered.. Well she didn't eveb have he decency to hear what I had to say as a customer. Her response was weird as apparently the time I went to PnP was inconvenient hence half the tills were called, 1pm is supposedly inconvenient, lunch time???... The manager "Mario" wasn't any helpful either. Your supervisor "Kholiswa" needs a refresher course on customer service. For a national retailer like PnP this is low!
