Bad service

I will not order from Pick and Pay mobile App for delivery again. I ordered my order at 10am it was delivered only at 2.30pm. They just kept on moving on the time later and later. And more than half of the specials I ordered was not available and it was only the second day of the sale, really that is not acceptable. Then they send a chocolate with to say sorry, that is a nice gesture thank you but just deliver on time and all the products or say on the app it is out of stock. This was not the first time and I kept giving them the benefit of the drought, but not anymore.
