Bad service

Bought Ilula bus tickets Pick n Pay, bus never pitched and now am getting the run around from everyone involved cause no one wants to pay my refund. Pick n Pay says its not their problem when I bought the tickets there, Ilula's numbers don't work and the people there are bad at servicing people.
