Bad service

The store kn Jabulani Mall was opened on the 22nd of November 2023. Prior to them opening, leaflets of their opening sale were published. My mother went very early on the day to go buy the items we were interested in, to find no stock. She requested for a reign check and two regn check slips were given to her. We have had no response to date. My mom has been given the run around everytime she asks for a manager after numerous visits till she spoke to a lady Mpho who is the store manager.She asked that my mom bring her the leaflet of the advert and the reign check slips and that she would see what to do. Upon my mom going there still, Mpho told her that they are a family store and cannot get stock from other stores. My mom told me she wouldn't leave it lying and said she should go ahead. This is totally unacceptable. These people never had stock from day one. Are they taking advantage because they are in the townships?Is that how low consumers are taken? Why the false advert when knowing that they are a family store and won't get stock anywhere? Why did my mother have to go to the store that many times to get answers for them?Was there no one who could take her number and liaise with my mom? I am so dissapointed.This will further be reported to the consumer council as it proves how stupid customers are taken for. We demand that they get us the items we asked for as they advertised. Their problems cannot be us the customers' problem.
