BAD SERVICE!!!!!

I did an online order with Pick n Pay and my order was delivered today only to find that a certain item that i had ordered and was charged for, was not delivered!!! This is not the first or second time this has happened!!<br> <br> I have been trying for the last two hours to contact the help line but it is an absolute waste of time as you are just put on hold indefinitely. How are we supposed to resolve our issues if we can't hold of anyone???<br> <br> Online shopping is supposed to be convenient and easy but sadly Pick n Pay Online Shopping falls way short of this!!!<br>
