Bad service 3rd time being ********** my money and not getting my refund I have emails to proof this

I'm so tired of Pick n Pay. Last year in August, I think the 16th of August 2025, I placed an order with Pick n Pay. They failed to deliver. Immediately, they sent me a message to say they couldn't deliver my order, not given a reason. And then I requested for my order. I didn't get it. I sent an email the next day, and then they told me that the order has reached me when it has not. And this was not the first time happening. I ended up deleting the app altogether, told myself that I will never use Pick n Pay again, which is the previous time I don't even remember, but I think it was a hundred and something when they couldn't give my money back to me. I deleted the app in August, I think the 20th. So till today, I haven't received my money. Today I placed, I decided that I can't leave. I have a small baby, so I cannot leave the house. I need some things. I decided to download the app again, try to use it. The same thing happened to me. I waited for the app, the order from 2pm. At 5pm, they call me, they tell me that I'm Pick n Pay Southgate saying that the place that I'm in is a high-risk place when they've delivered here daily from my neighbours and me and they've delivered to me for over 10 times. Now they're stating that they can't deliver, it's suddenly a high risk. But then I also checked that when I look at the time the order was supposed to arrive at 3, half past 3, it did not. And I know that their shop closes, I think on today as it's Sunday, it closes at 5pm. And yet again, they tell me they cannot refund my money and they can't refund my money, they also cannot bring the things. And I know that their refund, if it happens, it will take up to seven days. I need to use the money now and they're still not giving it to me. So I even told the guy that called me that I'm going to take this to Hello Peter because I can't have the same experience over three times with Pick n Pay and my money is still not coming back to me. So I would like my money from Pick n Pay ASAP.
