BAD SERVICE
I purchased goods to the value of R2598,12 on the Pick-A-Pay ASAP app on 16 March 2023 - the order was cancelled on same day - I received a email on 5 April 2023 that the refund was paid but only R390,65 has been paid out (that was a previous wallet payout)... It is 12 April 2023 almost 30 days after the purchase and I still do not have the R2598,12 back !!! This is disgusting service and I will demand some sort of reward for this utter inconvenience !!!!!
