bad service

I am dissapointed , with the service recieved from pick and pay asap , i have placed an order yesterday at 15:41 , my baby s food was part of the grocery ordered ,even now i have not recieved my order . i called the customer service , and they advised me that my order will be proceed at 15:00. how can my delivery take 24hour i dont have a good expirience with pick n pay asap , its not the first time they disppoint me , fo a while i was not using them anymore , i regret going back yesterday,, they just proved to me that they do not respect thier customers needs. infact they do not value customers at all
