Bad service

Got to Pe Cleary Park at 8am today 26th March when they started their weekend promotion. Buy 2 2kg Omo Auto for 98rand and receive the omo Capsules free, however upon my arrival they had ni capsules, when asked if I could go to another store, I was told that no where in Port Elizabeth there is stock, not even at the hupermarkert. I then asked for a rain check and was told that's not possible and that I should just take the 2 packs as ut will still scan R98. I feel this is misleading adverti*****t to say the least. I mean why advitise nationally, on television, in the news papers and by handing out pamphlets if you know that the area does not have stock. So much for customer service.
